This farm specializes in the non-standard variety of cuckoo. We run black and chocolate cock birds with chocolate, black and cuckoo hens. 
Special Care: Their unique feathering can sometimes lead to issues like mites or lice, so regular health checks are important.
Cold & Heat Hardiness: This is where my approach to silkies often differs from other breeders, I do not baby my silkies, at all. I treat them like normal chickens making sure they have dry, draft-free space.
